At Kinsman Property Management our goal is to provide a stress free operation of your property portfolio
Here's how it works
When the contract is over, we'll hand the keys back to you with the property in the same, if not better condition than before.
Each month we collect the rent from the tenants and even if they are late with their payments, you'll still get your full amount.
Once we've licensed the property, we'll refurbish, decorate and furnish it to really make it shine, so it's the best on the market. Then we'll photograph it and fill it with professional tenants on individual AST (Assured Short-hold Tenancy) contracts.
We then make our proposal to you and if we are all agreed we both sign our management contract that lasts for a minimum of three years.

Zero voids
Our company let agreement ensures guaranteed long-term rent, even if the property is empty! It also comes with the option to renew the contract or even an option to sell.
Refurbish & Refurnish
To make the property the best on
the market place, we work with accredited trades people to refurbish, furnish and decorate
where needed.
HMO licencing
We take care of applying and purchasing of any licenses and make sure that the regulations have been adhered to.
Dedication to quality
We treat every property as if it were our own, which means that come the end of the contract the property is in the same if not better condition than at the outset.
Regular inspections
We provide teams to clean and inspect the property on a regular basis to ensure they are clean, hygienic and that fire safety standards are met.
Utilities & bills
As the managing agent we will take
care of all utility bills; one less thing for you as the landlord to think about and factor in to your budget.
